Spin & Strength Cycle class is offered twice a week, and will deliver all the benefits of cardio on the bike (with little or no impact on the knees). Part of class will be devoted to body strength and resistance moves using weights and bodyweight training. Enjoy our new M3i Keiser stationary bikes with screens, which deliver a smoother ride and more trackable progress.
