“Step and Strength” on Tuesdays at 5:30pm beginning March 4th. Utilizing the step bench, basic steps and weights, this classic cardio/strength class is considered a H.I.T.T. (high intensity interval training) format for those interested in boosting their fitness level before summer months are upon us!
