 Bob graduated from California State University at Chico in 1984 with a degree in Exercise Science.  He has been training clients and in charge of providing gym orientations to new Bay-O-Vista members since 1993.  Bob specializes in working with seniors to keep them functional so they can enjoy their golden years.  Working out with a friend always improves your fitness experience.For anyone intimidated by the gym or new to exercise, be assured that he will design a program to get you started, make you successful, and make it an enjoyable experience. Bob has trained many clients for races including 5k’s, marathons, and triathlons.  He is an experienced racer himself and has run multiple ultra-marathons, triathlons and is a Boston Marathon qualifier.  Bob is a former member of the National Ski Patrol and as winter approaches, he works with clients to design “Get Ready for the Ski Season” programs geared to prepare and to prevent injuries on the slopes. Meet Dallis Wright_Morash with over 20 of fitness experience.Dallis Wright-Morash

Fitness Director

     Dallis graduated with a degree in dance from York University in Toronto.  Originally from Victoria, BC, Dallis has been choreographing, performing, and teaching fitness at all levels for over 20 years. We have fitness trainers for all ages.

Dallis holds AFAA certifications in personal training, Yoga and aqua as well as a certification in group exercise from the National Fitness Leadership Association in Canada. She has been fitness director at Bay-O-Vista since June of 2004 and has been refining their fitness program ever since. Her goal at the club is to create classes that everyone can succeed at no matter what their goals or limitations may be. Her motto is STAY ACTIVE!
