Fall Kidfit Session Oct 9 thru Dec 12
Kidfit Jr. (ages 7-11) and Kidfit Tots (ages 4 - 7) uses light weights, stability balls, tubing, and bosu to introduce kids to the world of fitness in a fun, safe and exciting way. They're introduced to the basics of cardio, strength and flexibility through various formats and games.
Kidfit Yoga (ages 7 – 11) is a newer class that will teach yoga basics at a fun and appropriate level for young bodies.
All are registered programs that run three sessions per year.
