We are about to embark on another holiday season encompassing those great themes of giving, gratitude and gatherings. More than ever we need to embrace all that brings us joy and try to ward off negative energy and stress. Movement can help with that!
We are offering a special series to prepare for the holidays. Get ready to boost your energy, immune system, power and strength in this six-week series:

Back Care Update
After a successful and productive in-person Back Care series on Fridays for the past 8 weeks, we’ll now return to:
Back Care ONLINE – Fridays @ 11:00 AM
If you missed the in-person series this fall, don’t worry—we’ll be offering it again in 2026.
🌒 Evening Classes + Member Input Wanted
Don’t forget to attend weekday classes after 5:00 PM—with cooler weather, indoor spin will be even more enticing!

🥗 Healthy Holiday Recipe
Here’s your easy, 10-minute holiday appetizer to share at gatherings:
Endive, Cranberry & Walnut Bites
Just combine the last 4 ingredients and spoon into leaves. Makes 10 servings.
3 heads of endive, washed, dried, and separated into individual leaves
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/3 cup dried cranberries (like Craisins)
1/3 cup glazed walnuts
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar (or to taste)
