School is back in session. Fall’s arrival means being bombarded with pumpkin spice lattes and retail shelves full of holiday items! Maybe you’re motivated to get ahead of the game with regular exercise and mindful nutrition before the holidays arrive. Our B.O.V. fitness staff is ready to help with that!
Without a doubt, there is a certain magic with group exercise classes. There are obvious benefits including instructors giving personal feedback, social interaction, and a shared commitment to work harder. Our certified fitness instructors are trained to give you expert guidance and instruction on proper form, making the overall fitness journey more enjoyable and sustainable.
Whether your goal is to ramp up the cardio and strength or include therapeutic strategies, it may be helpful to identify which classes suit your needs. Ideally you’ll choose something from at least two categories.

🗓 Fridays @ 10:00 AM — From 9/5 to 10/31/25
This class is for anyone wanting to improve strength, mobility, and movement efficiency. The goal is to educate, prevent injuries, and learn corrective exercises to help maintain a healthy spine. Chair options will be available for those who need them.

Fall Kidfit Registration – Opens Monday, 9/8 @ 6:00 PM
Classes begin Tuesday, 9/23 and run through Thursday, 12/11/25.
