TBC Morning Boost – Sally

Total body conditioning class is a perfect start to your day’s activities. Approx. 25 minutes of cardio to increase circulation and heat up the body’s muscles and tissues. Approx. 20 minutes of specific strength, core, and balance exercises to help prevent falls and to target muscles that maintain a healthy spine, ending with stretches.

Yoga – Iva

Learn to incorporate deep breathing during yoga stretches and postures (asanas) that are perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike. It is not necessary to have yoga experience for this class, just come and enjoy some therapeutic movement, improve your circulation, flexibility, and balance through mindful movement.

Pilates Fusion Zoom – Dallis

Join us for this powerful mind-body pilates fusion class, improve your posture, core and movement efficiency. Working the core from 3 planes of motion will include standing exercises, balance and mat work. Equipment such as: balls, bands, gliders, and tubing may be incorporated into these classes – be a better mover!  Meeting Code: 844-0421-8292

Core & Conditioning – Danielle

This class will target the core muscles surrounding your spine and make you stronger all around. Class could include the use of equipment such as dumbbells, tubing, gliders, and balls for challenging sequences that will improve your overall stability, mobility, and flexibility!

Yoga + Roll & Release – Megan

This gentle yoga class offers meditation alternating with myofascial release techniques (Roll and Release style) on alternating Mondays. These classes are an extension of our Wellness series offered twice per year.

Aqua Fit – Sally

Join our amazing Aqua instructors for a refreshing thorough pool workout appropriate for all levels! This class is perfect for those who suffer from arthritis,  joint related issues or rehabbing from injuries.

Strength – Teresa

For those looking for a challenging workout! Cardio bursts and resistance training are beneficial for all participants, helping to increase bone density, heart health and metabolism while improving strength and endurance.
