With the holidays behind us, we leap into this New Year with hope, gratitude, and a new vision.
The fitness trends for 2026 are much the same as last year with a little more emphasis on wearable technology and AI‑generated workouts. That being said, we are also cognizant of the need for strength‑based, functional, and inclusive workouts for everyone—including our active agers! More research has been focused on mental wellness and the need for human connection, so group workouts might be key for you.

New Yoga Series: Yoga for Longevity
In keeping with mindfulness and mental wellness, we are excited to offer a new series with our brand‑new teacher, Dana L. Dana attained her Yoga Alliance 200‑hour certification and has many years of experience teaching in the Bay Area.

Strength & Power Class Update
In other good news, our Holiday Burn class on Wednesdays @ 6:00 AM has been very successful! We will extend the class beginning January 7th, now under the new title:

Those of you who have participated already know that Kara teaches a fantastic class. All are welcome—so lace up your cross‑trainers and keep the motivation strong this winter!

Winter Kidfit Begins January 13
Winter Kidfit will begin January 13th and run for 10 weeks, held:
– Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 4:00 PM
– Through March 19, 2026
This program is for kids ages 4 and up and is led by the fabulous Ms. Mary Kate.
📌 Registration is required to secure one of 12 spots.
📌 Waivers must be signed, and parents are required to remain on the premises during class.
