Hello all!
In just a few short weeks, school will be out for summer vacation and families will be enjoying the BOV club’s classes, pool time, and social activities.
To help you celebrate the season, we’re launching our annual Summer Workshop Series—a chance to explore fun, specialty classes led by your favorite instructors. These workshops are curated based on instructor availability and member requests. This year, we’re offering special classes every Friday and Saturday in June—so mark your calendars!

New Weekly Class: Gentle Fitness
Tuesdays @ 10AM — Starting May 6
Focus on mobility, strength, and fall prevention. This class is ideal for injury recovery or those seeking a joint-friendly, comprehensive workout.

Chair-Fit Back Care
A chair-based workout combining strength, balance, and flexibility to support full-body health.
Bench Bootcamp
Step up your cardio with HIIT combos and step bench drills led by Jennifer K.
KidFit Family Day
Fun, active games for families and kids age 4+. Wacky prizes and only 6 family spots available!
Core Power Challenge
Target spine-supporting muscles in this bodyweight strength training session with Justin.
Kickbox Challenge
Join Dina for high-energy kicks and punches that build cardio, coordination, and strength.
Soundbath & Yin Yoga
Unwind with extended yoga poses and the calming tones of singing bowls. Deep stress relief and joint restoration await.
