Season’s Greetings BOV members! It’s that time of year we celebrate good food, family, friends and count our blessings. Someone close to me often says “enjoy life, this is not a dress rehearsal”. In this case L.E.S.S. is more because the recipe is: Laugh well, Eat well, Sleep well and Stress less.
In celebration of the holidays, we have put together another wellness series, which will
hopefully resonate for members in terms of healthy mindful movement and mental wellness.
There will be 4 workshops on Sundays@4pm from November 17 – December 8th.
11/17@4pm = Holiday Hacks for healthy snacks and gut health discussed throughout
gentle yoga cleansing practice with Dallis.
11/24 = Thanksgiving week Gratitude themed Yoga (consider bringing your monthly free
guest or member friend) to share in this joyful practice with Feliz.
12/1@4pm = Kidfit Holiday Dance Party for ages 4 and up. Hop on the Polar Express and
move to holiday hits such as Frozen, Nutcracker, Happy Feet and more plus a special
performance at the end of class with Kelty.
12/8@4pm = Yoga Soundbath Day. Enhance your yoga practice with the experience of
singing bowls and other soothing sounds to calm your inner self, improve sleep, focus
and clarity this holiday season with Iva.
In other news, please note the following changes effective 11/1/24.
New Class: Tuesdays@5pm = Pilates for Pickleball and Joint Care This class is designed
for injury prevention plus specific strengthening of target muscles and joints that come under more stress during any sport (court or field).
New Class: Thursdays@6:30pm = Spin and Strength with Jana (Spin class now 3x/week!)
Registration for Winter Kidfit begins on 12/16/24@6pm (in person at the front desk).
Waivers must be signed for each session. Winter Kidfit dates 1/7/25 – 3/13/25. The session includes 10 classes on Tuesdays or Thursdays@4pm.
Class Cancelled: Sundays@10am Core and Conditioning due to lack of attendance.
Let the festivities begin! The benefits of group exercises classes are vast and equally beneficial to men and women alike. Increase your strength, power, balance and mental wellness with the help of our strong leadership team and the camaraderie of your member friends. Don’t delay and make health your priority this season.
