Flow Yoga Zoom – Dallis
Learn to incorporate deep breathing during flow yoga stretches and postures (asanas) that are perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike. It is not necessary to have yoga experience for this class, just come and enjoy some therapeutic movement, improve your circulation, flexibility and balance through mindful movement. “Step and Strength” on Tuesdays at 5:30pm beginning March 4th. Utilizing the step bench, basic steps and weights, this classic cardio/strength class is considered a H.I.T.T. (high intensity interval training) format for those interested in boosting their fitness level before summer months are upon us!

Total body conditioning (TBC) class is a perfect start to your day’s activities. Approx. 25 minutes of cardio to increase circulation and heat up the body’s muscles and tissues. Approx. 20 minutes of specific strength, core, and balance exercises to help prevent falls and to target muscles that maintain a healthy spine, ending with stretches.
