Hello members!
To kick off our back-to-school theme and celebrate the return of Kids’ Club and Kidfit, we will
be offering an 8-week Fall Bootcamp taught by a dynamic team of instructors! It’s a perfect
time to burn extra calories and get on track before the holiday season begins! Parents can take
advantage of this Saturday series while the kids are busy at Kids’ Club. Expect a combination
of challenging strength and cardio led by an amazing group of instructors including Danielle,
Teresa, and our newest instructors on the team, Dina and Kara.
Here’s a glance of the upcoming FALL BOOTCAMP schedule (subject to changes) every
Saturday@9am from Sept. 7th to October 26th, 2024:
9/7@9am = Teresa 10/5@9am = Danielle
9/14@9am = Kara 10/12@9am = Kara

9/28@9am = Dina 10/26@9am = Teresa
Beginning Thursday, October 3rd@6:30pm we will offer Spin and Strength with Jana. This
spin class is another great way to strengthen the knee joint and get in some extra cardio before
the holiday season. For those looking for a mind/body class, our Summer Sizzle Core class will
transition to Core and Conditioning every Tuesday@5pm with Karen, and Sundays@10am
with Jeannette. We will extend our Sunday@4pm Vinyasa Yoga with Feliz after a successful
series “De-stress for Summer”. Don’t miss the opportunity to practice mindfulness, improve
focus and boost energy for your work week ahead.
Fall Kidfit Registration begins on Monday, 9/9@6pm (in-person at the front desk). New this
fall, we will offer a 12-class series from 9/24 – 12/12/24. Sign up asap to reserve a spot for
either Tuesdays or Thursdays@4pm. Space permitting, you can be waitlisted for a second
class. Parents must stay on the premises for the duration of the class. Remember, this series is
FREE for young members ages 4-11yrs, but you must sign a waiver at the time of registration.
Come join us for class and meet some of our newest instructors this fall. You can download our
schedule from the new website and even add a zoom class in the morning if you work from
home or cannot attend in person during weekdays.
Classes will be held on Labor Day and Halloween.
