TBC Morning Boost – Dallis

Total body conditioning (TBC) class is a perfect start to your day’s activities. Approx. 25 minutes of cardio to increase circulation and heat up the body’s muscles and tissues. Approx. 20 minutes of specific strength, core, and balance exercises to help prevent falls and to target muscles that maintain a healthy spine, ending with stretches.

Includes both standing and mat exercises to help maintain a healthy spine. Posturalawareness, corrective exercises, balance and movement efficiency will be emphasized.*chair options available if needed.

Core & Conditioning – Stephanie

This class will target the core muscles surrounding your spine and make you stronger all around. Class could include the use of equipment such as dumbbells, tubing, gliders, and balls for challenging sequences that will improve your overall stability, mobility, and flexibility!

Aqua Fit – Merle

Join our amazing Aqua Fit instructors for a refreshing thorough pool workout appropriate for all levels! This class is perfect for those who suffer from arthritis, joint related issues or rehabbing from injuries.

Core & Conditioning – Stephanie

This class will target the core muscles surrounding your spine and make you stronger all around. Class could include the use of equipment such as dumbbells, tubing, gliders, and balls for challenging sequences that will improve your overall stability, mobility and flexibility!

Happy Hour Yoga

Learnto incorporate deep breathing during stretches and postures (asanas) that areperfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike. It is not necessary to haveyoga experience for this class, just come and enjoy some therapeutic movement,improve your circulation, flexibility and balance through mindful movement.
