Spin & Strength Cycle class is offered twice a week, and will deliver all the benefits of cardio on the bike (with little or no impact on the knees). Total body conditioning (TBC) class is a perfect start to your day’s activities. Approx. 25 minutes of cardio to increase circulation and heat up the body’s muscles and tissues. Approx. 20 minutes of specific strength, core, and balance exercises to help prevent falls and to target muscles that maintain a healthy spine, ending with stretches.
This class will target the core muscles surrounding your spine and make you stronger all around. Class could include the use of equipment such as dumbbells, tubing, gliders, and balls for challenging sequences that will improve your overall stability, mobility and flexibility!
