    Total body conditioning (TBC) class is a perfect start to your day’s activities. Approx. 25 minutes of cardio to increase circulation and heat up the body’s muscles and tissues. Approx. 20 minutes of specific strength, core, and balance exercises to help prevent falls and to target muscles that maintain a healthy spine, ending with stretches.
