Tips for Transitioning from Summer to Fall Fitness

  1. Embrace the Crisp Air: Enjoy outdoor workouts like running, hiking, or biking in the cooler fall temperatures. Layer up with moisture-wicking clothing to stay comfortable.

  2. Set New Goals: Use the changing season as an opportunity to reassess and set new fitness goals. Whether it’s building strength, increasing endurance, or enhancing flexibility, now is the time to plan for the end of the year.

  3. Try a New Class: Keep your routine fresh and exciting by incorporating new fitness classes, such as our Fall Bootcamp, Spin and Strength, or Vinyasa Yoga. Mix it up to stay motivated!

 

Fall Bootcamp: Your Chance to Get Fit and Have Fun!

Our 8-week Fall Bootcamp kicks off this Saturday and runs from September 7th to October 26th, 2024. Each session will be a unique experience with a different instructor, bringing their own style and energy to keep you motivated and moving! The bootcamp will take place every Saturday at 9 AM, so mark your calendars!

More Classes to Keep You Moving!

In addition to our bootcamp, we’re excited to offer a variety of new and continuing classes to help you stay active throughout the fall:

  • Spin and Strength with Jana: Starting Thursday, October 3rd at 6:30 PM, this spin class is a great way to strengthen your knee joints and add some extra cardio to your routine before the holiday season hits.

  • Core and Conditioning: Our popular Summer Sizzle Core class will transition to a new format, offering sessions every Tuesday at 5 PM with Karen and Sundays at 10 AM with Jeannette. Focus on core strength and conditioning to improve stability and overall fitness.

  • Vinyasa Yoga with Feliz: Due to the success of our “De-stress for Summer” series, we’re extending our Sunday at 4 PM Vinyasa Yoga class. This class is perfect for practicing mindfulness, improving focus, and boosting your energy for the week ahead.
